In this presentation, Ben Petty, Superintendent at BCLUW and GMG, will demonstrate how Google tools can be used by administrators to help organize, communicate, collaborate and display information.  Included will be demonstrations of how Google sites is used for District Leadership Team and School Board paperless meetings, along with how Google tools can be used to more efficiently collaborate with, and collect data from, other school administrators.  There will also be a demonstration on how Google Forms was utilized to collect valuable information from students on their perception of the impact of 1:1 computing on their education.  This presentation is geared towards beginning to intermediate Google users.  There will also be a discussion and demonstration of how BCLUW is now using Dwolla, an Iowa-based online payment system, along with potential pros/cons of this type of technology for schools.
