This presentation will focus on how to integrate a variety of technology resources into Middle School math lessons in order to inspire students to become global thinkers.   The lessons will include cross-curricular lessons with the use of the laptop to create a digital learning centered environment for students.

6th Grade Math Teacher, Lausanne Collegiate School
Julie Cooper, a native Memphian, has taught 6th Grade Math at Lausanne for the past 4 years and also serves as the Middle School Student Life Coordinator. She has recently presented on Technology in Middle School Math at the Graded School in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
